Q: How do I ship my supplies to US Recycling?

Once you have agreed to the quoted price for your supplies, US Recycling will issue 1 or more prepaid return shipping labels along with packaging instructions. You will have to provide the shipping box. If you have many cartridges, that would require a freight truck. We will be glad to work out all freight logistics to return the supplies to our warehouse!

Q: Is shipping really free?

YES! The amount we quote you is what we will pay. There is no shipping deduction or fee. We will issue a prepaid return label and email it to you for return. All you have to do is give it to a UPS driver or take it to a UPS store.
